*Envisioning a World of Peace and Justice *Building Stronger Community Alliances
Sunday, Nov. 16, 2008: 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 607 N. Greene St.
Dear Friends: You are invited to attend our annual PJN Community Potluck Dinner on November 16.
Please join us for this special evening of food, music and engaging conversation. Our special guest speaker, Cheryl Bridges of Guilford College, will make a presentation on Envisioning a World of Peace and Justice. Will Ridenour and Betsy Bevan will perform music from their new CD, “Wind and Stars.”
During the event, you will be able to network with other individuals who are working to make a positive difference in our community. Organizations also are invited to exhibit displays and provide informational materials on issues of interest that can lead to greater personal involvement.
The following is our schedule for the evening: 4:30 Exhibitor set up 5:00 Opening of event - guests network and review organization exhibits
Music performed by Will Ridenour and Betsy Bevans 5:30 Dinner (all guests should bring a covered dish to share with others)

As noted, guests should bring a covered dish to share with others if possible. Drinks and eating utensils will be provided.
The opportunity to exhibit is open to all organizations working toward peace, justice and sustainability. If your group is interested in display space (a full or half table), please RSVP to pjn@triad.rr.com by Friday, November 7. Groups also are invited to become sponsors of the Potluck with a minimum contribution of $25. Each sponsor’s name will be listed in the program.
The PJN Potluck Dinner has become a Greensboro tradition, drawing together individuals and organizations working toward building a more peaceful and just community and world. Each year, it serves to reaffirm the common bond we share in our commitment to imagining and creating a better world. We hope you can join us for this special event.
